BY ACCESSING/VISITING OR USING THE WEBSITE YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS USER AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, GLOBALTALENTSHOW’S PRIVACY POLICY.) 1. GLOBALTALENTSHOW.COM
This Site, together with all content (including User Content), data and other materials contained in the Site ("Content") is owned or controlled by Global Talent Force, an international full service talent agency registered in The Netherlands with registered office at Witte wal 64, 3823 AR, Amersfoort, The Netherlands. Global Talent Force is referred to in these terms and conditions as "we", "us", "our" "GTF" "GTS" or "Globaltalentshow.com".

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE WEBSITE
Globaltalentshow.com is a FREE online talent stage for people with creative and expressive talents, talent agencies, talent-related organizations and other industry professionals. Globaltalentshow.com gives talents of all ages the chance to showcase and demonstrate their talents to the world, get their audiences directly involved for financial and non-financial supports, participate in global talent contests between 5 continents and use their given talents to address and raise more awareness for global issues that affects almost everyone.

3. STREAMING AND USE OF CONTENT
As a User of this Site, You may access other users’ content solely for your own private viewing purposes. You may not publish, distribute, extract, re-utilize, or reproduce any part of the Site or its contents in any form (including storing it in any medium) other than as expressly allowed herein or as permitted by the law of The Netherlands.

4. YOUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
This Site is intended only for the purposes specified on the Site. If you have registered and have a Globaltalentshow.com account pursuant to which you upload video to showcase your talent, including your comments on videos, your stage name and your avatar (“Your Content”) Globaltalentshow.com does not own Your Content. By making Your Content accessible to other users (as individual or as a group,) you agree to allow any users of the Website to access and share your content for personal use only - to view and transmit Your Content on or through the Website and any other communication media or technology, for the entire period in which Your Content is hosted on Globaltalentshow.com. Please note that due to the nature of the Internet and digital media, data transmitted – including Your Content – cannot be protected against the risks of misappropriation or piracy, for which Globaltalentshow.com shall not be liable. You are responsible for taking all appropriate steps to protect your data. For the entire period that Your Content is hosted, you grant Globaltalentshow.com the non-exclusive, royalty free right and license to reproduce and display Your Content, in whole or in part, perform, distribute and transmit the same via the features that enable the Website to be accessed both on the Internet and through any other communication media or technology, and to adjust the format of Your Content as necessary for the purposes of reproduction, display and transmission.

5. OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The content (other than Your Content and other users' content) included or accessible through the Website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, features, names, designations, music, sounds, functionalities, images, audio clips, information, data, photographs, videos, typefaces, and other material and software (the “Globaltalentshow.com Content”) is the exclusive property of Globaltalentshow.com and its licensors and is protected by copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights and subject to applicable laws and regulations. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and use the Website, which right is conditioned on your compliance with the Terms. Globaltalentshow.com Content may not be downloaded, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, licensed, sold or otherwise exploited for any other purpose without the prior written consent of Globaltalentshow.com or GTS's licensors. You agree to not use or exploit Globaltalentshow.com Content in any manner inconsistent with any of the rights granted or restrictions set forth herein, including, without limitation, prohibitions on downloading, redistribution, alteration, deletion and deactivation of any content protection mechanisms. You are not allowed to modify, enhance, edit, translate, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based upon or otherwise alter in part or in full any Globaltalentshow.com Content. All rights not expressly granted in the Terms are reserved to Globaltalentshow.com and its licensors.

6. YOUR LIABILITY
You warrant that Your Content will contain only the demonstration of your talent or the videos of your talent-related services from your company. Your Content will not contains any child pornography; dangerous or illegal acts (including but not limited to incitement to violence, animal abuse or drug abuse); unlawful, obscene, defamatory or libelous material like images of rape or abuse, images of bestiality, or any sexually explicit contents. GTS neither wants nor tolerates such contents. If Your Content contains such, do not upload it to the Website.

You also warrant that Your Content (I) does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party (including but not limited to sound, music, excerpts from any animated or non-animated television shows or films, advertisements or any other material that you have not created yourself or for which you do not have the necessary clearances and permissions from third party rights owners or copyright royalty collection organizations of such materials (II) does not infringe personal rights (i.e. it is not defamatory and does not contain insults, abuse, libel, etc.) or personal privacy (including an individual's right to his or her image); and (III) is not contrary to public policy and accepted moral standards and does not display, incite or otherwise promote illegal or immoral activity, and does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

By uploading or disseminating images to or through the Website, you warrant that you are not uploading any infringing material and expressly warrant that you have all necessary rights and authorizations from the copyright owner(s) and have paid any royalties or other fees pursuant to any licenses or permissions you may have with owners of copyright royalty collection organizations. Failure to comply with this agreement may result in Your Content being removed and your account being deactivated without prior notice. In addition, Globaltalentshow.com reserves the right to report any violation of these provisions to applicable legal authorities and you may be personally liable to criminal sanctions applicable to the content in question.

7. OUR LIABILITY
We are under no legal obligation to monitor content transmitted via or stored on the Website. Our only obligations as host concern (I) the fight against certain content (II) the retention of your connection data, which is subject to our policies on Personal Data, and (III) the removal of all clearly illegal content after such contents have been reported to us.

GTS ALSO DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY AND ASSUME NO LIABILITY FOR THE CONTENT PRESENT ON THE WEBSITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY MISTAKES, DEFAMATION, SLANDER, FALSEHOODS, PORNOGRAPHY OR PROFANITY YOU MAY ENCOUNTER ON THE WEBSITE. GTS MAKE NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION THAT THE WEBSITE OR ITS SERVICES OR TECHNOLOGY, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE, INCLUDING WITH RESPECT TO THE DELIVERY OF YOUR CONTENT AND OR ANY LIMITATIONS ON YOUR OR ANY OTHER USERS ABILITY TO ACCESS, VIEW OR USE YOUR CONTENT OR THAT ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM THE WEBSITE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE. 8. COPYRIGHT NOTIFICATIONS
Globaltalentshow.com does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights and will remove content uploaded by users, if properly notified that such content infringes on another's intellectual property rights. Globaltalentshow.com reserves the right also to terminate a user's account, if they are determined to be a repeat infringer. If you believe that Your Content has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a letter to GTS’s copyright agent with detailed information about the copyright contents.

9. REGISTRATION
In order to use Globaltalentshow.com, you must create an account using the online registration form. Registration entitles you to use the Website. Upon registering, you will receive an email containing an hyperlink that must be clicked in order to confirm your registration. You may access your account by entering your username and password in the login fields. You are responsible for keeping your username and password secure. We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time. Failure to comply with the Terms or any other policy of GTS may result in access to your personal page being temporarily or permanently suspended without notice or in deactivation of your account, without prejudice to any other rights we may have.

10. ACCEPTATION OF THE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to register with Globaltalentshow.com. It is our policy not to collect any information from anyone under the age of 16. You certify that you are either more than 16 years old or that you are permitted by your parent/guardian to use this site such that you are legally able to agree to be bound by the Terms.

If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child under 16 and that child has registered with Globaltalentshow.com without your permission, please send a mail message to GTS for instructions on how to cancel your child’s registration. Please include the following in your e-mail message: your full name, your child's full name, your full contact details, your relationship to the child and a signed statement that you are the child's parent or legal guardian. GTS reserves the right to seek additional information to verify your identity and status in relation to the child. GTS will only use this information to verify that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child.

11. DATA AND STORAGE
If you provide any information or post any content to the Site, you agree to provide only true talent-related videos, complete information and only contents that you have relevant rights to use. Any personal information provided by Users will be treated with appropriate care in accordance with our Privacy Policy and stored on reliable and durable server, as required by law.

12. LINKS
GTS displays and refers to links to other websites from time to time. GTS: (I) do not endorse or take responsibility for the content of such websites, (II) is not responsible for the availability of such websites; and (III) will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage which you may suffer by using such websites. If you decide to access linked websites, you do so at your own risk.

13. INDEMNIFY
User agrees to indemnify and hold GTS - harmless from and against any liability, loss, damages (including without limitation) cost and expenses, claim, penalty, interest, award, judgment, fine, fee (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) and all other cost of investigating, defending or asserting any claim for indemnification under these Terms, arising from or relating to (I) Your Content, (II) your violation of the Terms or any other policy of GTS; (III) your use of the Website; and (IV) your violation of any third party rights, including without limitation any copyright, property, publicity or privacy rights.

14. COMPLAIN
If you believe that you are the owner of the copyright or other rights in any material (s) appearing on Globaltalentshow.com or that ownership of the copyright or other rights in any material has been incorrectly used or represented on Globaltalentshow.com, please write to GTS. Send a mail message to GTS and include the following in your e-mail message: your full name, your full contact details and a signed statement of your content that has been incorrectly used. GTS reserves the right to seek additional information to verify your identity and status in relation to the content. GTS will only use this information to verify that you are the legal owner of the content.

15. SIGNATURES
You agree to be bound by any affirmation, assent, communication or agreement you transmit through the Website, including but not limited to any consent you give to receive communications from Globaltalentshow.com solely through electronic transmission. You agree that, whenever you click on "I agree" or other similarly link, button or entry field with your mouse, your consent will be legally binding and enforceable and the legal equivalent of your handwritten signature.

16. CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement and/or any other terms of services may be changed without prior notice. Such amendment or revisions will become effective upon the date it is first posted to this site. User’s continued to use the Site or services constitutes agreement with and acceptance of any such amendment or other changes. GTS does not and will not assume any obligation to notify you of changes to the Terms or any other policy of GTS.

17. LAW AND JURISDICTION
You agree that any dispute between you and Global Talent Force arising out of or relating in any way to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be governed, construed, applied, and enforced in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. You also agree that any claim or dispute between you and Global Talent Force  shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Amsterdam and you irrevocably consent to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of The Netherlands courts.
